retiremap provides tools to compare retiree-friendly insurance plans, educational guides, and branded merchandise.

3. Fee and Access

All fees must be settled in full prior to access or delivery. Access rights for digital items will be granted upon confirmation of fee settlement. Physical items will ship to the provided address.

4. Policy on Changes and Cancellations

4.1 Consultation Services and Live Events

Clients may reschedule consultations or live events by notifying us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a fee refund due to third-party commitments.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Consultation Services and Live Events

Because live events and personal consulting involve reserved resources and third-party arrangements, fees are non-refundable. Clients may transfer their registration or consultation slot to another individual at no extra charge, subject to prior approval.

5.2 Digital Guides and Reports

For digital products, clients may request a refund within 14 days of the initial download if the file is corrupted or inaccessible. Refund requests must be submitted to +41766276037 or via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment source.

5.3 Physical Printed Materials and Branded Items

Clients have 30 days from delivery to notify us of defects or dissatisfaction and arrange to send back items in unused condition and original packaging. Clients are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error, in which case we will cover shipping. Upon receipt of the sent-back item, we will inspect and issue a refund within 15 business days.

6. Limitation of Liability

retiremap and its affiliates will not be held liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or item in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Bern.
